Postique · Android

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 7, 2026 · Version 1.0

In short: Postique does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and does not sell data. Cards are rendered on your device.

Who we are

Postique is developed by Arcanix Labs, an independent studio based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. For anything in this policy, contact support@arcanixlabs.com.

What the app does with post data

When you share an X (Twitter) post link with Postique, the app sends the public post ID to publicly available post-preview services (such as fxtwitter, vxtwitter, or X's syndication endpoint) to retrieve the post's public content — text, author name, media, and engagement counts. This content is used only to render your image and is cached briefly on your device for speed.

Images and storage

Generated images ("postiqs"), drafts, and any photos you add from your gallery are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Nothing is written to your camera roll unless you tap "Save to gallery". Deleting content in the app, or uninstalling it, removes this data.

What we do not collect

Purchases (upcoming)

A future version of Postique will offer optional paid features. Payments will be processed by Google Play; we never see your card details. Subscription status may be validated through RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, using an anonymous app-generated identifier. This policy will be updated before those features launch.

Children

Postique is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
